America’s top companies know that customer service is more important than ever. So do urban school districts, which is why Superintendent John Foley of the Toledo Public Schools asked FLS Marketing to train its employees on how to better serve their customers. FLS developed a unique and entertaining approach featuring solid content and lessons, dramatized by a troupe of improvisational actors.
