The Source

The Source, Lucas County’s one-stop career center wanted to increase awareness of their services among both job-seekers and employers.

FLS developed a campaign that included:

• A television sponsorship including a 30 second commercial and news stories
• A DVD explaining the agency’s services for employers
• A DVD explaining the agency’s services to job seekers
• Brochures
• Newspaper Ads

The results of the partnership were extremely successful. The number of people using The Source resource room more than doubled and there was a total of 512 jobs placed, compared to 67 jobs during the same time the year prior.
