DiversityNet™
FLS offers the services of its DiversityNet™ consulting group that helps clients effectively listen and speak to diverse audiences.
DiversityNet™ projects are led by consultants that include
- Margarita DeLeon, a longtime marketing practitioner and publisher with outstanding knowledge of the Latino community. She is certified as an MBE with the State of Ohio.
- Shirley Ellis, an experienced human resource professional who has provided diversity counseling to a number of Toledo’s leading institutions.
They work with other FLS professionals to create media and message strategies targeted to minority audiences; develop advocacy outreach to community leaders; and build programs that reflect the full diversity of the people of the community – and their ideas.
